The menu at Lu Lu's is a delightful exploration of classic Hong Kong cuisine with a modern touch. Each dish is carefully crafted using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a meal that's not only delicious but also reflective of the region’s culinary traditions. Among the standout dishes is the signature roasted duck, a perfect balance of crispy skin and tender meat that will leave your taste buds wanting more. Another fan favorite is the stir-fried clams with black bean sauce - a dish bursting with flavor and just the right amount of spice.

What sets Lu Lu's apart from other eateries in the area is its unique fusion approach. This subtle blend of Asian ingredients creates a fresh twist on the classic wonton soup, bringing an exciting contrast to the familiar flavors. The creativity behind each dish is evident in every bite.

  • Been here a few times. The smoothies are nice and fresh, made with real fruit. Some of the western food is a bit pricey for what you get, but they also have some cheap cha caan teng dishes. Friendly service. Unfortunately, today the egg in my sandwich was a bit undercooked and I had to wipe off some bits of raw egg white - not appetizing. Will still come back, but won't order that again.

  • I loved my toast and milk tea! The only downside was that I felt rushed to eat quickly to free up my table

  • A rustic village cafe that serves surprisingly good coffee, smoothies and a range of all-day breakfast menu - all fresh!

  • Came here on a sat am and gotta say we really liked this little cafe. Food was good, service was good and there's just something very charming about sitting in the cafe and watching life go by outside rather slowly (which is rare in HK). They do have a strange rule of charging for photos you take within the cafe...

  • Wide variety of delicious food. Western and local options. We had the all day breakfast with iced coffee and the pork chop with egg on rice. All delicious. Chilled atmosphere although packed seating. No washrooms, but close to the beach where the public toilets are.

  • Great little brunch place in Shek O where you can stop by after a cycle or drive. A very local feel cafe with food choices that tends towards the western Hong Kong cafe style. Reasonable enough prices and the breakfast set I had was freshly cooked and came out quickly. I used to have fried fish for breakfast and this menu item hit the spot for me. There was an eclectic feel to the place which old style posters and varying colourful decor. Nice find and brings back memories of places I used to go when I was young.
